TO ENTER: Each applicant must submit an application.
ACCEPTANCE: The festival will accept vendors until the event is full. You will be notified of your status after the committee has reviewed your application. If you applied electronically, you may look up the status of your application(s) online. If accepted, you will receive an acceptance email. Prior to the festival, you will receive a packet with booth location confirmation, set-up information and day-of event details.
SETUP & TEAR DOWN:
Vehicles may not be parked in the craft show area after setup ends at 9AM. All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking lot adjacent to craft show grounds (more information to follow). You will be assigned a designated time for setup Saturday between 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Craft show hours are: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You must agree to be in place with items for sale during these hours. THERE WILL BE NO BREAKDOWN OF BOOTHS PRIOR TO 5 PM ON SATURDAY. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE STREET BEGINNING PROMPTLY AT 5PM.
