Welcome to the SSNS Festival 3 Day event!
You vendor fee will cover all 3 days of the SSNS Festival.
Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

  • Product/service vendors must comply with all applicable regulations and laws.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own display materials, signage, and promotional items.
  • All vendors must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout the event.
  • Vendors must agree to participate for the duration of the festival as outlined in the agreement.
  • Product/service vendors must not engage in any activities deemed inappropriate or offensive by event organizers.
  • Product & Service vendors are not required to get a city permit to vend at the event.
  • Packaged food & sealed drinks are not required to get a city permit.

10x10 Booth (Product or Service) Vendor $350 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. You provide your own tent...
On-Site Booth - Product Only $400 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable 10ftx12ft or 12ftx15ft whichever is available. This is for vendors that don't have a tent and what to use the available booths on the site grounds. These Booths come equip with Water & Electricity. No need to buy additional Electricity when you have this booth. (This is a add on - You must select a vendor space to activate this option)
10x20 Booth (Product or Service) Vendor $450 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Single booth space is up to 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
10x30 Booth (Product or Service) Vendor $550 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Single booth space is up to 30 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Electrical Outlet $75 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable This is a Vendor Add-On - You must select a vendor space before you can activate this optional add on..
Parking Space $8 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable For team member parking outside of the (1) included Vendor parking space. Each employee or team amber must pay for parking to be parked in the vendor parking area closest to the vendor entrance. Otherwise employees will be parking in the regular parking lot at a parking fee of $10-$20 depending on General or VIP parking needs. Regular parking lot is far away from the vendor entrance.
