You are payment will cover 3 days of vendor access at the upcoming SSNS festival.
Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths and additional options, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

  • Unless you select our permit option you will be responsible for obtaining your permit and providing your insurance.
  • Vendor (Load In) must arrive Thursday before 7pm or Friday before 10am
  • Vendor (Load Out) must depart Sunday between 11pm to 2am or Monday before 3pm
  • If you are selling Food pre packaged or Sealed (Not prepared on site) - Choose Product Vendor Option instead of this option..
  • Permit must be obtain be the City of Helotes you can find that permit here >> 
  • If you are a Food Truck due to the City of Helotes new city ordinance you must obtain a special permit that is to be found here >>
  • Food Truck permits require a fire inception on event site grounds (day of the event).
  • You must add Helotes Festival Grounds & La Creme Event Association as additional insured to your insurance policy.
  • If you need Electricity please select the electricity add on
  • If you would like to use a booth on site to avoid the Food Truck new city special Food Truck permit cost. Please select On-Site booth option on top of your vendor fee.
  • Food truck vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, including generators if needed.
  • All food truck vendors must display their food permit and any other required permits prominently.
  • Vendors must adhere to cleanliness standards and maintain a tidy workspace throughout the event.
  • Food truck vendors must agree to participate for the duration of the festival as outlined in the agreement.

Whether you specialize in savory dishes we welcome you to join us in satisfying the appetites of our hungry attendees. Food Trucks Up to 20 feet long $550 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Single booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Are you the proud owner of a mouth-watering food truck with delectable offerings that are sure to tantalize taste buds? If so, we invite you to apply to become a Food Truck Vendor at the SSNS Festival. Showcase your culinary creations and join us in serving up delicious eats to festival attendees from far and wide. With a vibrant atmosphere and hungry crowds, this is your opportunity to be part of a culinary extravaganza like no other! Must obtain special Food Truck Permit from the city of Helotes...
Food Trucks up to 30 feet long $650 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Single booth space is 30 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Are you the proud owner of a mouth-watering food truck with delectable offerings that are sure to tantalize taste buds? If so, we invite you to apply to become a Food Truck Vendor at the SSNS Festival. Showcase your culinary creations and join us in serving up delicious eats to festival attendees from far and wide. 3 Day - Electrical Outlet $85 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable For 3 day Electric Outlet usage
Parking Spaces $8 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable For team member parking outside of the (1) included Vendor parking space. Each employee or team amber must pay for parking to be parked in the vendor parking area closest to the vendor entrance. Otherwise employees will be parking in the regular parking lot at a parking fee of $10-$20 depending on General or VIP parking needs. Regular parking lot is far away from the vendor entrance.
Food Vendor or Booth Permit (Not For Food Trucks) $85 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable If you are a Food Vendor you must obtain a Food permit from the City of Helotes. If you select this option the event organizer will obtain this permit for the vendor.
Food Truck Event Permit (Food Truck Only) $250 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable If you are a Food Truck you must obtain a Food Truck permit from the City of Helotes. If you select this option the event organizer will obtain this permit for the vendor.
