OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE Shop this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.
OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor. In addition,
OKAN NANI SPECIALTY VENUE assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons.
Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.
We do not require vendors to have any permits & licenses to operate in the Pop up Shop. (Florida), to be approve as a vendor : Is the vendor responsibility to obtain permits, license and comply with all rules and regulations.
Okan Nani Specialty Venue invests a substantial portion of income in our marketing efforts in order to spread the word, invite the public thereby increasing opportunities for success at each marketplace.

When you submit your Application, you acknowledge having read and reviewed the linked Vendor Space Agreement (the “Vendor Agreement”) and Okan Nani Specialty Venue Rules & Regulations (the “Rules and Regulations”), which set forth the terms and conditions applicable to merchants at the Okan Nani Specialty Venue , i.e. operating hours, permitted merchandise and onsite services. The Vendor Agreement and Rules and Regulations shall automatically become a binding legal agreement between you and Okan Nani Specialty Venue upon your acceptance of this offer by your payment of the Vendor Fee.
****Do Not Pay The Space Rental Fee If You Do Not Agree To Be Bound By The Terms Of The Vendor Agreement.
