Booth Application Guide
Welcome to the Valley Summer Kick Off Fest! We're thrilled to invite residents, new locals, and visitors to be part of this exciting city festival. If you have something unique to showcase, we encourage you to fill out an application for a booth space. Below is a brief guide to assist you during the application process.

We welcome a diverse range of categories to ensure a vibrant and engaging festival atmosphere. Some of the accepted categories include:
- Arts & Crafts
- Local Artisans
- Food Vendors
- Non-Profit Organizations
- Community Groups

Event Protocol:
- All booths must be set up and ready by 9 am
- Participants are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized booth space.
- Respectful and professional behavior is expected from all participants.
- Booths should remain open and staffed for the duration of the event.

Food Management:
- Food vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations.
- All food products must be prepared and stored appropriately to ensure freshness and quality.
- Food sampling is encouraged, but please ensure sanitary practices are followed.

Parking:
- Parking details will be provided closer to the event date.
- Please follow event signage and instructions from parking attendants.

Setup and Breakdown Information:
- Setup can begin at 6:30 am
- Booth breakdown should commence after the event ends at 5:30 pm
- Please dispose of any waste responsibly and leave your space clean.
Application Process:
1. Complete the online application form.
2. Provide detailed information about your booth, products/services, and category.
3. Attach any necessary documents or images to support your application.
4. Submit the application before the deadline.

Terms & Conditions

Valley Summer Kickoff reserve the right to deny the vendor’s request once the application is reviewed by staff. You will be contacted if there is some reason we cannot process your application. Booth space is not guaranteed until all necessary paperwork and payment is received.
 
 
The undersigned acknowledges that each vendor space is 10’ wide x 10’ deep. Vendors must provide their own canopy, table and any other supplies needed.  No vehicles permitted to park next to or by their vendor booth. Vendors may unload at their booth and then move immediately.
 

The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Hemet, its representatives, agents, officers and employees from all damages, liabilities, costs and expenditures, including attorney fees and costs for defense, which may occur due to the participation in the festival.
 

The undersigned acknowledges that there is NO WATER OR ELECTRICAL HOOK UP AVAILABLE. All vendors must be completely set-up by 9:00 a.m. and are asked not to break down their displays until 5:30 p.m. It is the vendor’s responsibility to remove all trash in their area before leaving.
 
Sales Tax Permit: Vendors selling goods may need to provide a sales tax permit or tax ID number to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Insurance Certificate: Vendors need to provide proof of insurance coverage for liability and property damage.

Booth prices $0 - 100
Application fee $25 There is a $25 refundable application fee which is charged upon application. Refunded after full payment received.
Vendor Booth $100 Non-refundable Local business vendor Booth.
Non-Profit Table $40 Non-refundable This price includes a table space inside the Hemet Public Library upstairs in our Resource center. Please note that vendors are required to provide their own setup, maintain a clean area, and ensure setup and take down are completed by the specified times.
Business Table $60 Non-refundable Join our Chamber of Commerce-sponsored business section! If you own a business and would like to showcase samples of your offerings, this opportunity is perfect for you. Let the locals get to know who you are, what you do, and why they should stop by your table.
Food Vendors $200 Non-refundable For a $200 fee, food vendors will secure a prime spot at our festival to showcase their delectable offerings from their food truck or booth. This fee includes a designated up to 14 ft. space, ensuring visibility and foot traffic. However, it's crucial that vendors upload all necessary licenses and permits required to operate a food truck or booth in the state of California and the City of Hemet. Compliance with local regulations is mandatory to participate in the event.
Cars & Trucks $30 Non-refundable Join us at the upcoming car show to experience the Valley's finest classic cars! As a vendor, we're thrilled to showcase your meticulously restored vehicle, highlighting its unique features and custom modifications. Enjoy raffles & fun contests. We look forward to sharing your passion and showcasing your pride and joy at this exciting event!
Bikes $15 Non-refundable Join us at the upcoming car show to experience the Valley's finest classic cars & bikes! Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your exceptional bikes for car lovers of our Valley.
