Local Business (Non-franchise, less than 4 locations) | $80 | Non-refundable | Local Vendor booths are for locally owned, non-franchise businesses that have less than four locations, and non-profits with a legal designation. |
Commercial Vendor (Franchise with more than 4 locations, national chain) | $175 | Non-refundable | A commercial vendor is any business with more than four locations or is national brand. |
Food Vendor (Any vendor with food products) | $150 | Non-refundable | A food vendor is considered any vendor where more than 40% of its profit comes from the sale of food. All food vendors must have a health permit from the Craighead County Health Department and carry liability insurance. |

Additional information
- PRIDEfest is a day-long event. Each sponsor and vendor can select the length they wish to partake. Please select the time frame you intend to be present at PRIDEfest and working your booth. Set up for all time frames will take place between 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. and sponsors/vendors leaving early will not be able to bring a vehicle into the festival area during the festival time.
