About the event

Welcome to the 2024 OBA Annual Meeting! School is back in session with our Summer School-themed programming. This historic event combines three of Oklahoma's largest law-related conferences into one. The Solo & Small Firm Conference, the Annual Meeting and the Judicial Conference will take place simultaneously at the Embassy Suites in Norman from July 9-12. All four days will be packed with programming for the bench and bar, including Dr. Karen Korematsu, section and committee meetings, the AI Conference, the President's Reception and bar business.

Join us for the 2024 OBA Annual Meeting as a vendor! If you are a non-profit or governmental organization, please complete the below application.  Space is limited.

Terms & Conditions

  • Submission of application does not guarantee a vendor space at the Annual Meeting. 
  • Set up for vendor booths may begin at 1 p.m. on Monday July 8.
  • All items must be removed and packed up by noon on Friday, July 12. 
  • Submission is for one 6' x 30" table. 
  • Any items requiring shipping to and from the venue may be an additional cost determined by the venue and will be billed separately. 
  • Application acceptance will include:
    • 1 table in the pre-function area
    • Inclusion in the visit our vendors pre-conference email
    • Inclusion as an optional space on the vendor scavenger hunt given to all participants. 
  • A waitlist may be used depending on the number of submissions. 
  • If selected, vendors must follow all venue rules and OBA policies.
