About the event

The Nu Delta Chapter of Sigma Nu at High Point University takes great pride in its annual car show, which is not only a display of all types cars, but also an opportunity to raise money for a good cause. All proceeds from the event go directly to the American Heart Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to funding research and raising awareness about cardiovascular disease. Sigma Nu provides this event as a way to not only showcase our love of cars but also to give back to the community and support a cause that affects millions of people worldwide. Commitment to Philanthropy and Community Service is a core value of Sigma Nu, and the car show is just one example of our dedication to making a positive impact in the community, country, and everyone we interact with.

About the application

Welcome to the Vendor Application for the 9th Annual Sigma Nu Car Show for the American Heart Association. This event will be held Sunday, April 21st from 12:00pm - 4:00pm at Stock + Grain (275 N Elm St, High Point, NC 27262). 
 
Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting a booth, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor Rules & Regulations: 
  • Vendors will be housed in the gravel Stock + Grain parking lot
  • Vendor placement at the car show is on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Each vendor is allocated one (1) 10ft x 10ft space
  • Tables and chairs are NOT provided
  • Your vending booth must be adequately staffed at ALL TIMES!!!
  • Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee approval - you must receive an official approval message from Eventeny to participate in this event
What's Included
  • Single 10ft x 10 ft booth space that will be placed strategically in the Stock + Grain parking lot
What's NOT Included 
  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Tents
  • Table linens are NOT included but highly recommended
