About the application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 9th Annual Sigma Nu Car Show!  Please note that each car will be placed strategically on the day of event in the Church Avenue Parking Lot and Stock + Grain parking lot.  Eventeny requires that a "Business Name" be filled out for all applications. Please feel free to simply put your name in this space.

About the event

The Nu Delta Chapter of Sigma Nu at High Point University takes great pride in its annual car show, which is not only a display of all types cars, but also an opportunity to raise money for a good cause. All proceeds from the event go directly to the American Heart Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to funding research and raising awareness about cardiovascular disease. Sigma Nu provides this event as a way to not only showcase our love of cars but also to give back to the community and support a cause that affects millions of people worldwide. Commitment to Philanthropy and Community Service is a core value of Sigma Nu, and the car show is just one example of our dedication to making a positive impact in the community, country, and everyone we interact with.

Terms & Conditions

Below are the Terms & Conditions for registering your vehicle:
  
  • Registration Fee: There is a registration fee of $20 per vehicle. This fee covers the cost of participation in the event.
 
  • Pre-Registration: We encourage all participants to pre-register their vehicles online prior to the event to secure their spot and streamline the registration process.
 
  • Day-of Registration: Cars registered on the day of the event will be subject to a higher registration fee of $30.
 
  • Liability: By registering your vehicle for the Car Show, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sigma Nu and its affiliates from any damages or liabilities arising from your participation in the event.
 
  • Display Guidelines: Vehicles must be in good condition and adhere to all safety regulations. Sigma Nu reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle that does not meet these standards.
 
  • Awards: Awards will be presented in various categories, including Best in Show, People's Choice, and more. Judges' decisions are final.
 
  • Photography and Media: By participating in the Car Show, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
 
  • Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable.
