About the event

The Rocky Mount Food Fare is showcasing the community's diverse food and art scene. We're calling food trucks and vendors. Join us for our monthly series featuring a mini food truck fare (5-7 food trucks), an art exhibit, local vendors, games and entertainment! We hope to see you there!

About the application

Welcome to the event! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions.
 
Art Exhibit will be located upstairs at the Mills Church starting at 9AM.  
 
Vendor Requirements:
  • In order to participate in the Rocky Mount Food Fare, the following is required for all vendors:
  • All food trucks must provide current insurance coverage and State Sanitation Letter Grade rating.
  • Food vendor participation fee is $100 and must prepare all food themselves and serve out of truck or trailer.
  • Vendor table participation fee is $65 and must bring own table and chairs. 
  • A portion of all vendor participation fees will be donated to The Mills Church of Rocky Mount.

I understand there are NO REFUNDS. Transferrable credit to future dates only

I understand that a portion of each participation fee will be donated to The Mills Church of Rocky Mount.
 
I understand I must arrive by 10:30AM with no exceptions. 
 
The food fare organizers does not in anyway guarantee sales or customer buying potential.

Food Truck Space $100 Non-refundable There is a $100 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application approval.
Vendor Table $50 Non-refundable There is a $50 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application approval.
