About the event

Harvest Market will have a limited number of booth spaces available to artists, crafters and food vendors! This is a fantastic event dedicated to supporting local creators, music and wine! If you would like to participate in this event, we invite you to apply online. We will process applications as quickly as possible as the market is approaching soon! ​ We hope to have wood crafters, painters, jewelry makers, potters, quilt makers and all other types of artist/crafts people. The owners of the winery are lovers of all things hand crafted and hope to host you! ​ We will also accept a variety of food vendors. Each category of food will be limited to one vendor, so apply soon to get your spot! ​ Booth spaces are only $100 each. If we are unable to accommodate you at the market, refunds will be provided in the amount of $90. This allow us to cover cost of time, effort and credit card processing fees. ​ Questions? Vendor Terms and Conditions - Wildside Winery Spring Market
Application Acceptance: Wildside Winery reserves the right to accept or decline any vendor application at its discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee participation in the event.
Property Responsibility: Wildside Winery is not responsible for any goods left unattended on the property. Vendors are solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of their merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings.
Set-Up Instructions: Detailed set-up instructions will be communicated via email during the week leading up to the event. It is the responsibility of the vendors to adhere to these instructions to ensure a smooth and organized set-up process.
Holding Harmless Agreement: All vendors agree to hold Wildside Winery, its owners, staff, and affiliates harmless from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the vendor or its employees, representatives, or customers while participating in the Spring Market.
Insurance: Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance to cover any potential loss, damage, or injury arising from their participation in the event. Wildside Winery does not provide insurance coverage for vendors.
Compliance with Laws: Vendors are expected to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to their products and business operations during the Spring Market.
Event Changes: Wildside Winery reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, layout, or any other aspect deemed necessary for the success of the Spring Market.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or other unavoidable reasons, Wildside Winery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. Vendors will be notified promptly in such situations.
Vendor Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to be respectful of other vendors, event staff, and attendees. Any vendor found to be in violation of this may be asked to leave the premises.
Termination of Agreement: Wildside Winery reserves the right to terminate the vendor agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the vendor.
By submitting an application and participating in the Wildside Winery Spring Market, vendors acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Wildside Winery looks forward to a successful and enjoyable event for all participants.
