Join us on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Third Street Promenade for an inclusive celebration! Everyone is invited to revel in live musical performances, indulge in PRIDE-themed treats, snag some free swag, engage in games, and much more. As we come together, local service providers and community groups will be present along the Promenade, offering support and resources for the LGBTQ+ community. Let's make this event a vibrant expression of love and acceptance for all ages.

Terms & Conditions

If you have a tent, tables, or chairs, you may bring your own booth setup. Specific requirements and guidelines will be provided upon approval, as there will be important details to ensure your setup is safe and secure. 
 
If you would like to rent tables, chairs, or tents, you may secure that through our vendor by selecting the appropriate items on the price list.

Prices

Community - 10 x 10 booth $0 Non-refundable Free 10 x 10 booths are available to: 1. all non-profits based in Santa Monica 2. all non-profits offering LBTQ+ services
Business - 10 x 10 Booth $250 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Space only (no elements will be provided)
Business - 10 x 20 Booth $500 Non-refundable Double booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Space only (no elements will be provided)
Table $25 Non-refundable 8-foot table rental
Chair $10 Non-refundable Folding chair rental.
10' x 10' Tent w/ side (Single Booth) $350 Non-refundable Pop-up tent, includes setup, delivery, and rental fee.
10' x 20' Tent w/ side (Double Booth) $700 Non-refundable Pop-up tent, includes setup, delivery, and rental fee.
