About the application

This application is for a one-time vendor booth on June 20th, 2024 during the Herriman Shop Local Stroll, Herriman, Utah.  
 
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! 
 
This market's goal is to highlight local Herriman businesses! Because of this, priority will be given to businesses with a physical address in Herriman. We invite everyone to apply, and starting May 1st - for any available spots - we will begin accepting businesses outside of Herriman.

Booth Fees:
$15 non-refundable application fee for all applicants, due at the time of application.
$45 booth fee will charged upon acceptance.
 
Vendors
We welcome the following types of vendors*:
  • Boutique Items/Artisans/Crafters
  • School Groups
  • Non-Profit Groups
  • Agricultural Producers (vegetables, fruit, honey, meats, eggs, etc.)
  • Off-site Prepared Foods (bakeries, bottled/canned items, etc.)
  • On-site Prepared Foods (very limited on the types we can take due to food trucks and carnival food already booked)
  • Youth Entrepreneurs 
*Food Trucks are scheduled through the Food Truck League for this event. Please contact the Food Truck League at www.foodtruckleague.com
 
 
Setup:
Good4Life Markets does not provide canopies, tables or chairs. ​Canopy weights of at least 25 pounds PER LEG will be required for all canopies. Setup begins anytime after 3pm. 
 
Lighting:
It is highly recommended that vendors supply lighting within their booth space for safety and higher sales!
Electricity is provided on a very limited basis.  Please comment below if electricity is needed to sell your product.
Quiet generators are allowed. ​
 
Water: 
There is no water source at this park, aside from the restrooms. Please be prepared with your own water for any other needs.
 
IMPORTANT: All vendors (with the exception of farmers that sell only freshly grown produce/plants grown by them) are required to collect sales tax from their customers and remit the sales tax to the Utah State Tax Commission. You will receive a temporary sales tax license number, special event sales tax return form, tax amount chart, and a pre-paid envelope for the Herriman Shop Local Stroll. Vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax and sending it to the Utah State Tax Commission by the due date. For questions, please call the Utah State Tax Commission, Special Events Unit at (801) 297-6303. 
 
After Submitting Appliction:
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed in the order it was received. If you don't see an email from Good4LifeMarkets@gmail.com within 10 business days, check your spam folder and then call/text Denise (801) 413-8973, the Market Director.
 
When accepted, you will also receive more detailed information for the market, ie; booth setup, payments, setup/teardown instruction, market policies upon acceptance to the Herriman Shop Local Stroll.

  • Good4Life Markets will provide all vendors with a graphic to share. It is required of all vendors to share the graphic on their social media pages, via email and/or text. TAG Good4Life Markets in your posts so that we can share your business information on our feeds, too.
  • Booth fees will not be refunded if the Vendor is asked to leave the Market by Good4Life Markets or a government agency due to non-compliance with market or government regulations.
  • Herriman Shop Local Stroll will operate in RAIN or SHINE. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITED BOOTH FEES for cancellations or no-shows.
  • DANGEROUS WEATHER: If the Market must be cancelled due to dangerous weather (high winds, thunderstorms, hail), you will be notified by 3pm day of the market via email or text. Herriman Shop Local Stroll is no liable for inclement weather cancellations. If the Market is cancelled, vendor booth fees will be credited but they will not be refunded.
