About the event

This application is for a one-time vendor booth on June 22, 2024 during Fort Herriman Towne Days. Towne Days is being held at W&M Butterfield Park, 6212 Butterfield Park Way, Herriman, UT 84096. Official vendor times are 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. You may choose to open earlier. The parade starts at 9:00 a.m.and guests are expected to arrive around 10:30 a.m. after the parade ends. IMPORTANT: All vendors must be on location by 8:00 a.m. Roads accessing the parking lot and booths will be closed from 8:30 a.m. - approx 10:00 a.m. when the parade ends. There will be NO access to set up booths between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. We welcome the following types of vendors*: Boutique Items/Artisans/Crafters School Groups Non-Profit Groups Agricultural Producers (vegetables, fruit, honey, meats, eggs, etc.) Off-site Prepared Foods (bakeries, bottled/canned items, etc.) On-site Prepared Foods (very limited on the types we can take due to food trucks and carnival food already booked) Youth Entrepreneurs *Food trucks are booked through the Food Truck League Submission of this application does not guarantee booth space at Fort Herriman Towne Days. Your application will be vetted by a Good4Life Markets jury committee once submitted. Once selected, your acceptance constitutes a "contract" between you and Good4Life Markets. Towne Days is being held at W&M Butterfield Park, 6212 Butterfield Park Way, Herriman, UT 84096.

Official vendor times are 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. You may choose to open earlier. The parade starts at 9:00 a.m.and guests are expected to arrive around 10:30 a.m. after the parade ends.

We welcome the following types of vendors*:

  • Non-Profit Groups

  • *FULL:  Scentsy, Henna, Crochet, Permanent Jewelry, Ice Cream/Snow Cones
  • *Food trucks and on site prepared food are booked through the Food Truck League at www.foodtruckleague.com
Religious and political groups, petitioning, and signature gathering are not allowed at the Herriman Towne Days Vendor Marketplace.  Any organizations found to be in violation of this will be asked to leave with no refund.
 
Submission of this application does not guarantee booth space at Fort Herriman Towne Days. Your application will be vetted by a Good4Life Markets jury committee once submitted.

Booth Fees:
$15 nonrefundable application fee for all applicants
$85 non-refundable booth fee
 
Good4Life Markets reserves the right to communicate with applicants by email, mail, phone and text.

Terms & Conditions

Good4Life Markets reserves the right to determine both event vendors and booth locations.

Good4Life Markets reserves the right to limit similar or identical vendors.
 
Standard booth space is 10ft x 10ft. An additional fee will be applied if more space is needed.

Good4Life Markets does not provide canopies, tables or chairs. ​Canopy weights and/or stakes will be required for all canopies.

  • Good4Life Markets will provide all vendors with a social media graphic to share. It is required of all vendors to share the graphic on their social media pages, via email and/or text. TAG Good4Life Markets in your posts so that we can share your business information on our feeds, too.
  • Booth fees will not be refunded if the Vendor is asked to leave the Market by Good4Life Markets or a government agency due to non-compliance with market or government regulations.
  • Fort Herriman Towne Days will operate in RAIN or SHINE. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITED BOOTH FEES for cancellations or no-shows.
  • DANGEROUS WEATHER: If the Market must be cancelled due to dangerous weather (high winds, thunderstorms, hail), you will be notified by 3pm day of the market via email or text. For Herriman Towne Days is no liable for inclement weather cancellations. If the Market is cancelled, vendor booth fees will be credited but they will not be refunded.
