EVENT TIME: 8PM - 11PM
- Performers should be able to arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the event.

We want to emphasize that our event operates on a foundation of inclusivity and support for local talent. As such, we want to make it clear that we do not charge any submission fees for artists to participate in our event if selected.
Event Aspects:
- Each performer will receive a dedicated time slot to showcase 2 songs or 2 poems.
- Performers are always encouraged to showcase original work
- Performers will be able to perform on a front facing stage
- Access to an in house PA system
- Personalized flyers will be provided to performers for event promotion.
- Promo codes will be assigned, allowing performers to earn a kickback for each ticket sold under their name.
- Professional photos will be shared with performers post-event.

As we strive to elevate our event and explore innovative ways to champion artistry in our communities, we are thrilled to introduce an exciting enhancement for our winners. Beginning with our upcoming event, victorious performers will now receive a professionally produced highlight video.
Post-Event Highlight Video Details:
- The highlight video will be recorded within one of our esteemed partnering studio spaces.
- Our in-house media team will expertly craft and produce these showcase videos.
- Videos will be shared through our Colored Colors Instagram page

We want to inform you of an important update regarding submission eligibility for our upcoming event. Due to consistent challenges arising from last-minute cancellations with performers residing outside of New York State, we have made the decision to limit applications exclusively to individuals residing within NYS. This decision is part of our proactive efforts to enhance the overall experience for our attendees by minimizing scheduling conflicts and ensuring a reliable and consistent event.
The success of this event relies on the full cooperation of the artists involved. By participating, you contribute not only to the promotion of artistry but also to putting money in the pockets of fellow artists. We appreciate your dedication to making this event a memorable and prosperous experience for all.
