About the event

Flagstaff Pride’s Pride in the Pines 2024 is Celebrating 28 years with the theme of “Iconically You!”. This theme is a vibrant expression of embracing and celebrating the uniqueness of each person, highlighting the diverse tapestry that makes up the LGBTQ+ community and its allies. “Iconically You!” encourages everyone to showcase their authentic selves, embracing their identities without hesitation or judgment. It’s a powerful call to celebrate the myriad of colors, experiences, and stories that contribute to the rich mosaic of our community. This theme reflects the essence of Flagstaff Pride in the Pines – a celebration of acceptance, love, and unity under the expansive sky and amidst the majestic pines of Flagstaff. It invites everyone to stand tall and proud as the iconic individuals they are, fostering a sense of belonging and community spirit that resonates throughout the festival.

Terms & Conditions

Northern Arizona Pride Association (NAPA) presents the 28th Annual Pride in the Pines Festival for the public and reserves all rights as producers. Any reproduction, rebroadcast or commercial use of any portion of the event, in whole, or part, in any form, without permission of NAPA is strictly prohibited. 
 
Applicant understands that the Pride in the Pines Festival is an LGBTQIA2S+ 
 
Booth space must be staffed all day and then cleared of all paper, boxes, etc. 
 
Tents, tables and chairs rented from NAPA must remain in your rented space during and after the festival. 
 
VIOLATING THIS PROVISION IS GROUNDS FOR COST OF EQUIPMENT and EXCLUSION FROM FUTURE EVENTS. 
 
THE SALE OF ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED 
 
All electrical equipment and appliances must conform to the Uniform Fire Code - Coconino County / Special Events. Power is NOT available, you must provide your own if you require it. 
 
INSURANCE: YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE NAMING "NAPA" AS an interest insured. Speak to your agent for information on your policy.
 
CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY: Your booth fee and additional equipment rental(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE unless cancellation, in writing, is received by NAPA 30 days prior to the Festival date. 
 
ICE: Available for PURCHASED ON-SITE ONLY $10.00 per 20lbs bag. Cash only. 
 
All food must be contained and stored within the allotted space provided, off the ground. If special vehicles are needed for storage, NAPA must be notified at least three weeks prior to the opening of the Festival. 
 
Running water is NOT provided. You must bring your own, and provide appropriate cleaning materials. 
 
Standard Festival trash containers MAY NOT BE UTILIZED for food waste. You are responsible for taking out your own trash. There will be a $100 fine if your space is not cleaned when you leave.
 
PERMITS: You are required to obtain and display all necessary permits and/or licenses in order to operate on the Festival grounds. If you are forced to close by any government agency for failure to obtain or display your necessary permits and/or licenses, NAPA is not liable and will not refund ANY fees. 
 
Food waste: Must be properly disposed of, i.e. grease and oil dispensers. Use of glass or Styrofoam containers to serve food or beverages is expressly prohibited. 
 
GENERATORS: Please make sure you bring your own generators for power. Must provide 100ft outdoor extension cord 
 
Food vendors agree to abide by any and all CDC or other recommendations regarding COVID19 and it's variants. 
 
COVID19 et al contagions: I voluntarily, choose to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, permanent disability, or death related to COVID-19 (or other variants or contagions) arising from or in connection with my presence at the event. I hereby release and hold harmless the Northern Arizona Pride Association, their employees, agents, directors, officers, volunteers, and representatives and other participants from and against all liabilities (statutory or otherwise) for claims, suits.
 
Canvassing, Vending and Fliers: * 
All business or other activity for which the food exhibitor has rented space must be conducted within the designated booth space ONLY. No distribution*, canvassing, handing out fliers, nor vending of any kind may be done outside of the designated rented booth space area
