About the event

We are bringing music, options, and activities together for a Block Party unlike anything suburbia has ever seen. This is a free to attend family-friendly community event featuring vendors, live music, silent disco, activities, and more! This year our festival is held in Downtown Woodstock on the Woodstock Arts Event Green so parking will be within the city of Woodstock and walkable to the wonderful establishments in town.

  • Each space is approximately 10x10. 
  • All vendors are responsible for their taxes, electricity, and water.
  • You must have valid licenses and insurance as well. 
  • If you are a cash & carry vendor we are requiring you to feature an activity (paid or unpaid) at your space unless you offer a physical experience.

Cash & Carry Vendor / Food Vendor (no trailer/truck) SOLD OUT Non-refundable We are looking for vendors that can offer an activity or experience alongside their cash and carry products. For example: An art studio renting canvas and paint for the day, cotton candy cart, balloon artist, or a permanent jewelry artist. You must supply your own 10x10 tent and power.
