About the application

Welcome, artisans and crafters! We're on the hunt for a diverse array of talents: from those who mold, sketch, and design, flowers, the curators of vintage wonders, fashion innovators, and creators. 
 
Important: Vendors specializing in fresh foods (Food Truck/ Hot Foods) that require refrigeration or heating should apply through our dedicated Food Truck Vendor Application.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Vendor Applications
Application and Selection Process:
Vendors must submit a complete application by the specified deadline. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
Selection will be based on product quality, alignment with the event theme, and diversity of offerings, at the sole discretion of the event organizers.

Fees and Payments:
Selected vendors will be notified and must pay the vendor fee by the indicated due date to secure their spot.
The vendor fee is non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizers.

Setup and Operations:
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, chairs, and any specific equipment required for their stall.
Vendors must adhere to the setup and breakdown times provided by the organizers.
Vendors agree to operate their booth for the entire duration of the event.
Compliance:
Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations and have the necessary permits and licenses to sell their products.
Vendors are responsible for all taxes associated with their sales.

Insurance:
Vendors must carry their own liability insurance and, upon request, provide proof to the event organizers. Vendors must list "Seeking Ferments LLC, 1091 Thomas Street, STE A, Seattle, WA 98109" as a certificate holder. Upon request, vendors are required to provide a current Certificate of Insurance to the event organizers prior to the event.
 
Indemnification:
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, its employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the vendor's participation in the event.
Cancellation Policy:
If a vendor needs to cancel their participation, they must notify the organizers in writing at least 5 days before the event. The vendor fee will not be refunded.
 
Force Majeure:
The event organizers will not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under these terms due to an event beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities.
 
Amendments:
The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes.
Acceptance:
Submission of the application constitutes the vendor’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Prices

Application fees $15 Non-refundable There is a $15 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application. We charge a $15 application fee to cover the administrative costs associated with processing and reviewing vendor applications. This fee helps us ensure a thorough and fair selection process, allowing us to bring together a diverse and high-quality range of vendors for our event.
10x10 Booth $150 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Fee's will not be charged unless we have discussed it with you that you have been approved and if it is alright to process the payment. The payment however will not be taken until May.
10x20 Booth $250 Non-refundable 10x20 Booth for vendors [Not for Food Vendors]
