About the application

Single booth spaces are 10x10 and come with one electrical outlet.  Tables and chairs are not provided, but can be purchased during the application process. Set up will be from 8am-7pm on Thursday, December 5th.*For security all vendors must be out of the show hall by 7:30pm on set up day. TCCB will open on Friday, December 6 at 10am and end on Sunday, December 8 at 4pm.  Vendors are allowed in the building at 8am each day.  RV reservations can be made at lcfairexpo.com/rv-reservations  

About the event

The Town & Country Bazaar (TCCB) a premier holiday shopping event held annually the first weekend in December, drawing over 8000 shoppers to the Linn County Expo Center. Please read carefully as this specifies all the requirements related to your participation. We jury items from vendors to make sure they fall under our sales guidelines. To keep with our tradition and unique shopping experience, all items must be handcrafted.

Terms & Conditions

RETURNING VENDORS: We will attempt to honor all preferences for space to the best of our ability, taking into 
consideration the following factors: 1. Vendor history with TCCB.2. Date your application was received.3. Compatibility of your items with the needs of the Bazaar. Notwithstanding the above, TCCB reserves the right to designate the space where any 
vendor may present their products as it is deemed beneficial to the TCCB and its patrons. New vendors -If you are requesting a booth in an area where space is still available, your application will be reviewed and, upon approval, space will be assigned and an invoice will be emailed to you indicating your booth space number(s).   If the booth you are requesting is filled, we will assign you a space as close as possible to the location and type chosen.  PAYMENT – Payment will be collected upon application approval.   No refunds will be issued after October 1, no exceptions.

Lobby Booth $200.00 Non-refundable All booths are 10x10. Tables and chairs are not included.
Admission Wristbands-FREE $0.00 Non-refundable Each booth purchase includes up to 2 free wristbands. Wristbands must be worn by vendors and their employees/volunteers at all times and are specifically for the use by vendors and their staff only. Violators will face expulsion from the Christmas Bazaar. Wristbands may be picked up during move in Thursday, December 5, 2024.

Featured Vendor-vendor booth featured in Bazaar advertising $50.00 Non-refundable Please upload a logo or any other information you would like to see in print. Contact event organizer if you have questions.
