About the event

We will be celebrating Founder's Day. Not only is it the day Winchendon was founded but, it is also the day our amphitheater was opened. We want to celebrate this founding day with a birthday party for everyone! This year we are kicking it off 90's theme with homemade pinatas, musical chairs,90's party games, cake and ice cream just like we had in the 90's. Enjoy listening to New Release and Max Recoil as the party heats up! There will be vendors, raffles, food and more to enjoy at this wonderful event.

About the application

We welcome vendors that will be selling 90's themed items or hosting a 90's theme activity. This is also open to local organizations who would like to play a part in our Founding Day!
Requirements
●    Items being sold must be related to the theme of the day. If you are a local organization setting up, we ask that        you host a themed activity at your table to go along with your information.
●    No discount tables (yard sale/flea market type)
●    No sale of weapons or firearms, as well as any item prohibited by law.
●    Bring your, tables, chairs & displays. No electricity available.
Space assignments will be given out approx. 1 week before the event. Set up will start at 12pm on June 8th and you must be ready to go by 2pm.  Break down will occur at 9pm and go until 10pm. No early breakdown.

By signing up as a vendor you understand that your vendor fee is non-refundable.
By submitting my application I certify that I have read and understand the requirements. I also certify that I release the Town of Winchendon and all groups participating from all liability for personal injury and for damage/loss of property due to theft or any unforeseen circumstances.

10x12 Booth-Organization $0 Non-refundable This is for organizations setting up a table for information purposes and providing an activity for the event.
