About the application

If you are interested in a concessionaire vendor booth please complete the application and return with your booth set up, photos or drawing of setup. Photos and drawings will be used in our decision making process and WILL NOT be returned.
 
This application does not guarantee you a vendor space. Deposit will be charged upon approval of your application. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

CONTRACT: Each vendor doing business at the Clackamas County Event Center is required to have a written and fully executed contract with regard to their activities, which will list all the approved items or services to be sold or displayed.
 
Fee: Concessionaire’s will pay $200 non-refundable deposit or 20% whichever is greater. Commission is 20% of Gross Sales. It will be required to bring in final sales at the end of the event on Sunday June 23rd starting at 4pm. Concessionaire will bring proof of daily sales and pay 20% of total from both days prior to leaving. Concessionaires will have their deposit deducted from commission owed at settlement. 
 
INSURANCE: Client (aka Permittee) shall be required to provide liability insurance of not less than $500,000 per occurrence with a $1,000,000 aggregate. The Certificate of Insurance must name “Clackamas County, Clackamas County Board of Commissioners, Clackamas County Fair Board, their employees and agents as an additional insured”. The certificate needs to include the event, the date and the area being used. Written proof of insurance must be provided by vendor ten (10) days prior to Event.
 
CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT: If this Agreement is canceled by the Concessionaire for any reason less than 30 days prior to Event, rental paid to CCFEC by the Concessionaire shall be forfeited 100%.
Failure to comply with the terms of the Concessionaire Agreement shall be deemed to be a cancellation by the Concessionaire. This includes but is not limited to: no further response, mailings returned as undeliverable or with no forwarding address, disregard to deadline dates, alteration of original Agreement, and inability/failure to make or complete payments.
 
The forfeited funds constitute liquidated damages for the direct and indirect costs incurred by CCFEC.
