About the event

We are so excited to announce The 4th Annual Shelbyville Fall Art & Craft Festival! A two-day event featuring artists from around the region. We will have a petting zoo and, a face painter. A fun and dog-friendly event located at the Shelby County Fairgrounds. We welcome artists, crafters, and authors to offer their wares ranging from metal, jewelry, glass, candle, soap, wood, paper, decorative fiber, oil paint, watercolors, ceramics, basketry, jams, honey, breads, bakery items and much, much more! About the application

This application is for a free 10' X 10' booth space on the Shelby County Fairgrounds front lawn. 
 
Please upload a picture of your 5013C certificate on your application in order to be approved.

Terms & Conditions

ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS

By submitting your application, you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
 
                
Your space is only reserved once you are approved.
 
Please only submit close up pictures of your organization and your 501c3 certificate to be approved. 
 
 
 Organizations will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
 
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights.
 
Please keep your items within your booth space.
 
Here are the date and times for the event:
Move-in: Friday, August 30 after 11:30 pm till Saturday at 9:45 am
 
We will have security there all-night Friday night. They will have a map and booth assignments to help you find your spot. 
 
Saturday, August 31: Move-in is any time before 9:45 AM.
The event will open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
 
You may leave your booth set up overnight as we will have security there all-night Saturday night. 
 
 
 
 
Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am.
 
No music allowed except approved by show management.
 
As of right now, there will no electric services available on the grounds. The fairgrounds are working hard to install new electric panels and lights in time for the show. We will let you know if this is completed.  When submitting your application, please notate that you will need electricity. We will do our best to accommodate your electric needs. 
 
Generators are allowed with prior approval.
 
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.

By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
