ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
Refunds for cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, credit card fees will be deducted from the refund.
No-shows will not receive a refund and may hinder your approval for upcoming shows.
So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the category/type of food offerings
Approval will be based on the following criteria:
Past participation in an ArtSpark produced event.
We are looking for a wide variety of art and craft that will appeal to a wide variety of audiences.
The timing of the application will be considered.
PLEASE NOTE!
The fairground pavilion will be selling hot dogs, hamburgers, pulled pork, chips, and drinks.
We are looking for trucks that will complement these offerings.
Truck Offerings signed up so far:
Specialty Donuts
Coffee
Cold cut sandwiches
Chili Dogs
Ice cream
Jamaican Chicken
Freeze dried candy
MUST SET UP FOR BOTH DAYS!
Please check that you have a current health inspection certificate in the State of Kentucky. If not, please read the information provided below.
Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
Please only submit close-up pictures of your offerings for advertising purposes.
Vendors will need to bring their tables, chairs, tents, etc.
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie-downs or weights.
Please keep your items within your assigned area.
No sales are permitted outside your space.
To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
Here are the dates and times for the event:
Move-in: Friday, August 30 after 11:30 pm till Saturday at 9:45 am
We will have security there all-night Friday night. They will have a map and booth assignments to help you find your spot.
Saturday, August 31: Move-in is any time before 9:45 AM.
The event will open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
You may leave your set up overnight as we will have security there all-night Saturday night.
Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am.
No music is allowed except approved by show management.
Please note on your application if you will be using a generator or need electric service.
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
