ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
Refunds for cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, credit card fees will be deducted from refund.
No shows will not receive a refund and may hinder your approval to upcoming shows.
So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the category/type of art and craft to the show.
Approval will be based on the following criteria:
We are looking for a wide variety of arts and crafts that will appeal to a wide variety of audiences.
The timing of the application will be considered.
This selection process means each artisan will have a better opportunity to have a profitable experience and shoppers have a wide variety of products to shop from.
Please understand, that we may accept two or more of the same type of art or craft. For example, tumblers, if the application states that they offer more than just tumblers, such as home decor or jewelry, they can be accepted along with an artisan selling only tumblers.
Please state everything that you will be selling for the show.
Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
Please only submit close-up pictures of your art for advertising purposes.
You also have the opportunity to sell your work by setting up your own online store through Eventeny. We have step-by-step instructions attached. Or you can access their website for instructions.
Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie-downs or weights.
Please keep your items within your booth space.
No sales are permitted outside your space.
To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
If we suspect your items comes from companies such as Shein, Temu, etc. you will be asked to pack up your booth and leave immediately!
PLEASE NOTE!: The Shelby County Fairgrounds is having the Shelbyville Summer Sound Series on Friday night. This is a separate event from the Fall Festival.
I am co-producing this event with the Shelby County A & M Association; booth space rental is paid to the Shelby County Fairgrounds. 10 x 10 booth space is $100.00. Concert times are 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

You may keep your booth space there overnight if you sign up for this event. We will have security there all night Friday night.
Move-in: Friday, August 30 after 11:30 pm till Saturday at 9:45 am
We will have security there all night Friday night. They will have a map and booth assignments to help you find your spot.
Saturday, August 31: Move-in is any time before 9:45 AM.
The event will open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
You may leave your booth set up overnight as we will have security there all night Saturday night.
Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am.
No music is allowed except approved by show management.
There are various locations on the grounds where electric is available. When submitting your application, please note that you will need electricity. We will do our best to accommodate your electric needs.
Generators are allowed with prior approval.
There is some electricity available in Floral Hall. Please state this in your application.
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
