In addition to custom screen prints, and artist demonstrations, up to 50 booths will be awarded to artists who wish to sell their work at the festival. We'd love for you to come out and participate! About the application

Join us this year for double the fun! *Event schedule is subject to change as we are closely monitoring all COVID-19 safety protocols* Booth Information • Electricity is not provided • Booths must be 10’ x 10’, with 40 pound minimum hanging weights at each corner (stakes are not allowed). • All work must be displayed within the booth Day of event information will be sent out after approval.

Terms & Conditions

• Neither Sugar Rush, the City of Sugar Hill, nor its agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to the exhibitor(s), the exhibitor’s property, from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors should obtain, at their own expense, insurance against any loss, damage, or injury they may require. • The festival will take place rain or shine, and no refunds will be given for a cancellation. • You will receive notification of your entry status no later than 10/4/2021. • If accepted, your booth payment must be received by 10/4/2021. • ALL WORK MUST BE ORIGINAL AND MADE BY THE APPLICANT. T-shirts, commercial clothing, manufactured toys, and items made from commercially available molds, jewelry made from prefabricated materials, and other commercial items will not be permitted. Small production items made by the applicant are allowed. Any work that is misrepresented will not be allowed to exhibit during the festival. Exhibition officials have the authority to reject or disqualify any work.

Prices

10X10 Booth $75 Non-refundable One, 10X10 booth, all items must be displayed inside the parameters of the booth. The vendor will be in charge of providing their own tent and generator should they need power.
Refundable Security Deposit $50
Double booth 10x20 $150 Non-refundable One, 10X20 booth, all items must be displayed inside the parameters of the booth. The vendor will be in charge of providing their own tent and generator should they need power
