About the application

We invite our corporate business partners to join in our Pride Festival! LGBTQIA+ work in every domain and are loyal customers of brands that advocate for EQUALITY and have a work and business culture that embraces DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION, and BELONGING. 
 
Cost: $2K per 10x10 booth space (2 max per company)
Vendor's responsibility: Tent/Canopy + Table(s) + Chairs + Exhibits
 
NOTE: This year payment is to reserve booth space only. Each vendor is responsible to bring their own equipment.
Pride Frisco can provide an invoice, if that is preferred over paying via credit card.

Terms & Conditions

VENDOR AGREEMENT
 
  1. This is a rain or shine event.
  2. You must participate in the entire event (and always have someone at your booth) between 1pm and 5pm. No unattended minors (under 18 years old).
  3. Teardown cannot begin until 5pm. Otherwise, you will not be able to participate in future Pride Frisco events as a vendor.
  4. Each entity is responsible for their own 10x10 tent, weights / sandbags (at least 2), WIFI, and portable battery power, if needed. No generators of any kind is permitted unless you are pre-cleared with Pride Frisco staff. Tents must be properly weighed down with sandbags or weights.
  5. Each entity is responsible for their own tent/canopy, tables, chairs, and equipment for their booth.
  6. Each entity must have a banner or their organization name clearly displayed in their tent / area.
  7. Each entity should have unique, interesting, and/or fun things. If not, they must have an interactive activity with prizes and/or giveaways. There are pins, bracelets, stickers, and many other great LGBTQ+, Pride, and Rainbow themed items available on Amazon and elsewhere. Bottom line--we want FUN and engaging booths that encourage interactions (not just grab a few flyers and walk away)! Giveaways must be appropriate for all ages (including young children).
  8. No sound system, speakers, megaphones, or any other loud noise-making devices allowed. We will have music, announcements, and speakers programmed for the event.
  9. Due to the cost requirements of our venue and the special food permit required by the City of Frisco, it is financially impractical to have food trucks at this festival.
  10. Other than store-bought, pre-packaged candies, entities may not serve food or drink items at their stations. 
  11. Concession stands at the venue will serve your standard game day food and drink items including beer. Concession workers will request for government IDs to verify age requirements prior to serving alcohol.
  12. Other than food and drink you bring for yourself and your volunteers (no alcohol), no outside food and drink items.
  13. Disruptive, argumentative, uncooperative, and overall bad behavior will not be tolerated. No profanity. No rudeness. No attitude.
  14. Pride Frisco staff reserves the right and responsibility to ask anyone to leave at our sole discretion.
  15. Each entity must agree to completing a post-event survey, no later than a week after the event.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
 
  1. Waiver and Release: I release and forever discharge and hold harmless Pride frisco (the "organization") and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from my attendance at this and any event hosted by or affiliated with the organization. I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges the organization from any liability or claim that I may have against the organization with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my attendance at this and any event hosted by or affiliated with the organization.
  2. Insurance: Further I understand that the organization does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide me with financial or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability benefits or insurance. I expressly waive any such claim for compensation or liability on the part of the organization beyond what may be offered freely by the organization in the event of injury or medical expenses incurred by me or my child/ren.
  3. Medical Treatment: I hereby Release and forever discharge the organization from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with an emergency during my tenure as an attendee at this and any event hosted by or affiliated with the organization.
  4. Photographic Release: I grant and convey to the organization all right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice made by the organization in connection with my attendance at this and any event hosted by or affiliated with the organization.
  5. Other: As a vendor of this and any event hosted by or affiliated with the organization, I expressly agree that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Texas and that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Release is deemed invalid, the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Release shall not be affected.
By applying, I express my understanding and intent to enter into this Release and Waiver of Liability willingly and voluntarily. Also, I confirm that I have read, understood, and will comply with the Terms and Conditions stated above.
