About the application

Calling all Performing Artists and Entertainers - solo and group acts!!
 
We are looking for family-friendly artists who love to entertain a crowd. Our festival is open to all ages, so your act must be appropriate for the same. 
 
We are specifically looking for:
-speakers / poets
-musicians (vocal, instrumental)
-dancers (all styles)
-magicians
-school groups (band, color guards, etc.)
 
Whatever your talent, we want you to showcase it! Both solo and group acts are encouraged to apply. Please read our Terms and Conditions CAREFULLY.

Terms & Conditions

-Application materials must include links to video recordings of your performance to a live audience
 
-Content and delivery must be appropriate for all ages, inclusive, and contain a message of positivity, fun, light-heartedness, and togetherness.
 
-Your act does not have to be explicitly LGBTQIA+ in form and content, though it is highly encouraged to weave in themes of PRIDE, INCLUSIVITY, POSITIVITY, and HOPE.
 
-You and your troupe must be LGBTQIA+ affirming with positive, collaborative, and collegial attitudes. We will not tolerate bad, uncooperative, difficult attitudes or bullying, gaslighting behaviors. Your act will be canceled on the spot, and you will asked to leave. Hard stop. No refunds. No exceptions.
 
-Showcase your best and/or most representative work for consideration in the first 10 minutes of your submission. If selected, you will likely be asked to perform in a 15-minute time block. For larger groups or acts, we may carve out a 30-minute block, inclusive of load-in and loud-out times. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
 
-You must provide your own instruments, props, costumes, furniture, etc. for your act. We will have microphones, speakers, a sound board, and a sound engineer to ensure an optimal setup for your act.
 
-By applying, you confirm you have read and will comply with our T&C's for Performing Artists & Entertainers and those for attendees of the event. You also agree to sign and will comply with the terms of our Release and Waiver of Liability. Finally, you certify that you will be 18 years old or older by the event date, or have a legal parent or guardian accompany you at all time; their information and signature are required for all minors (<18 years old).

  • Upload a government-issued ID to verify your identity and age (e.g., driver's license, passport, visa, etc). It must show your face, full name, and DOB at a minimum.
  • By my signing this application, I express my understanding and intent to enter into this Release and Waiver of Liability willingly and voluntarily and that I am or will be 18 years of age by the event date.
