Featuring artists in a variety of medium, the Roswell Arts Festival will be celebrating its 58th Anniversary in 2024. Runs Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Live entertainment, food trucks, children's activities, free parking.

About the application

Fifty-eighth Annual
Roswell Arts Festival
September 21st and 22nd, 2024
Roswell, Georgia
 
This is an invitation for artists, professional or amateur, to exhibit in the 58th Annual Roswell Arts Festival in Roswell, Georgia. Festival will be held on the grounds of Roswell City Hall, 38 Hill Street. Festival hours are Saturday and Sunday 10-5 p.m. 
 
The committee will limit the number of exhibitors accepted in each category.  Applicants must handcraft all merchandise – no exceptions. Artists exhibiting work which is not handcrafted will be asked to leave the festival. All artists must enclose their fee of $325 with their application. One artist per space. Your canceled check will serve as notification of your acceptance into the show. Applications are a commitment to show, the cancellation policy is as follows: after June 1st, 75% refund, after August 1st, 50% refund with no refunds after September 1st. This is a rain or shine event, and refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.

Monetary prizes will be awarded in the following categories: 2D (photography, graphics, painting), 3D (sculpture, pottery, jewelry), and crafts. Honorable Mention Ribbons, with no monetary prize, may also be awarded. All awards may or may not be presented at the discretion of the judge(s). You will be judged in the category indicated on your application.Artists may not change their category once they have been accepted. Judging begins at 10:00 AM on Saturday.  Awards will be announced at 12:45 PM Sunday from the entertainment stage.
 
  • Artists are responsible for collecting their sales; 7.75% sales tax and remitting sales tax to Georgia.
  • Set up times:  After 12 PM Friday and Saturday morning.  Friday afternoon setup is encouraged. Check in at the hostess tent Friday from 3-6 p.m., and Saturday from 7-9 a.m. for important artist information. Set up times subject to change.
  • If you are not set up by 10:00 AM on Saturday your space may be reassigned. 
  • You will receive notification with your space number by email the first week of September. There is no guarantee that you will receive a requested space or that you will have the same space as in a prior year.
  • Loading and unloading must be done in Lot A of the City Hall parking lot. Vehicles must be promptly removed after unloading. Artist and trailer parking will be in Lot F. You will receive maps and futher instructions in September.
  • Security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights, however, the Festival assumes no responsibility for loss of merchandise left overnight.
  • Hostesses will be available during the show to assist the exhibitors.
  • Single booth dimension: 10’ x 10’ (exhibits may not overextend space, the Festival Committee does not guarantee storage space adjacent to your booth.)
  • No electricity provided.
  • This is an outside event. All spaces are on natural ground. Some spots are on uneven terrain within the assigned space. Please come prepared. Artists are required to have a white tent with full sides and weights in order to participate. No stakes are allowed. 
  • Failure to remain in attendance from 10-5 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday may result in rejection at future festivals.

Roswell Arts Festival Artist Application $325 Non-refundable Booth spaces are 10 ft x 10ft; artists responsible for providing their own white tent, weights, and display materials. No stakes are allowed. No electricity on site. OUTDOOR VENUE.
