Welcome to the 17th season of Third Thursday! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.
 
Applications for each month's festival must be submitted by the first Monday of the month. Payment will be processed immediately upon approval.
 
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

Third Thursday is Joplin’s premiere community cultural event. Every Third Thursday, March through October, thousands of people gather on Main Street in Downtown Joplin from 5:30pm to 8:30pm to enjoy local artisans, music, entertainment, and food.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor agrees that they are responsible for bringing their own tables/tents/supplies (weights are REQUIRED if tents are used. You will be asked to take your tent down if you do not have weights to hold it in place.)

Vendor understands that they will receive booth location and set up logistics on the Monday prior to the event via email. Vendor must set up in designated space unless instructed otherwise by event staff.

Vendor recognizes that set up is from 3:30pm-5:00pm. You  are encouraged to get there as early as possible to ensure proper access. No vehicles allowed on event grounds after 5pm. Set up must be complete by 5:15pm.

Vendor recognizes that this event is held rain or shine and NO REFUNDS will be issued due to cancellation in the event of inclement weather.
 
Vendor understands that Downtown Joplin Alliance will review this registration and may reject it based on duplicating vendor types, appropriateness, or for any other reason they deem necessary. Refunds will be issued for any applications that are denied.
 
Vendor understands that they should NOT set up their booth in front of any storefront that is open for business during event hours.
 

Prices

Food Vendor-1 to 2 Menu Items $60.00 Non-refundable Select this option if you are selling food items but only have one or two items on your menu, for instance, only lemonade or only cinnamon rolls.
Food Vendor-Full Menu $80.00 Non-refundable Select this option if you are a food vendor selling more than 1-2 items. Food trucks and tents both fall into this category. Food trucks are recommended to bring a quiet generator in case power becomes unavailable.

  • Is electricity needed for your set up? While Downtown Joplin Alliance will make every effort to provide electric, it cannot be guaranteed. Food trucks are recommended to bring a quiet generator in case power becomes unavailable.
