Prices

Booth prices $0
Tent $250 Non-refundable 10x10 tent rental with weights set up at your booth location.
Chair $5 Non-refundable Chair rental you'll pick up/drop off at a designated location at the festival.
Table $15 Non-refundable 6 or 8 foot table you'll pick up/drop off at a designated location at the festival.
Vendor Booth Space after 4/7/2024 $200 Non-refundable 10x10 outside booth space you bring your own tables/tent/chairs
Electricity for Vendor Booths ONLY $30 Non-refundable Adding electricity to your booth, you'll be placed where you have access to power. This is for ONE 20 amp plug.This is not for food trucks.
Green Spinach Sponsor $200 Non-refundable You’re unable to attend, but still want to advertise Recognition on Veganfest Website and social media Business card or flyer included in our goodie bags Can be added to your vendor fee for additional promotion
