About the event

In partnership with the Thomaston-Upson Chamber of Commerce, Upson County Government, and the City of Thomaston, Kayak Adventure Series will be hosting Shoaliepalooza on May 3rd & May 4th! This two-day shoal bass fishing tournament will close with a Downtown Street Festival featuring food trucks, vendors, live music, kids zone activities, and much more!

Terms & Conditions

No rain date or refund due to inclement weather.
Cancellations that occur after applicant is accepted will be non-refundable.
Registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
A map showing vendor locations will be distributed to the exhibitor.
Event Setup Time: 2-3:30pm Spaces will be clearly marked.
Vendor agrees to have booth set up and ready for viewing by 4pm.
Cooking or preparing of food items are only allowed in the designated area
All display props including tables, chairs, tents, etc. for the booth will be provided by the exhibitor.
City of Thomaston reserves the right to reject or remove from the market any items considered unsuitable.
There will be electricity provided for an extra fee of $15 for individual booths in limited availability.
Before leaving your space you must clean up any trash, etc. Please do not leave any unsold items.
Vendor will also give a list of Items that will be sold.
Notification of booth assignments will be given one week in advance by email.

Prices

Booth Fee $50.00 Non-refundable This fee coves 1 (10x10) Space.
Electrical Fee $15.00 Non-refundable This fee covers electricity for the event.
Tent Rental $25.00 Non-refundable This fee covers the use of 1 (10x10) Tent for the event.
