About the event

The Wood, Fire, Smoke Festival is a celebration of our heritage and commitment to art, design, and innovation. A collection of skilled craftsmen, artisans, and chefs will converge downtown, highlighting the ingenuity that put Lenoir on the map. Set in beautiful historic downtown Lenoir, Wood, Fire, Smoke offers loads of fabulous vendors, restaurants, bars, shops, live musical entertainment, attractions, and exhibitors. This year promises to be another fabulous fall festival! Come celebrate with us on October 19, 2024, and have your senses entangled by the raw elements of Wood, Fire, and Smoke! Festival hours: Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm. Wood, Fire, Smoke is a city-sponsored event.

About the application

We are looking to highlight breweries, meaderies, wineries, and distilleries. Are you ready to have your delectable libations sipped by festival-goers (must be 21), then apply now!

Terms & Conditions

Wood, Fire, and Smoke reserve the right to approve or deny this application. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Wood, Fire, Smoke, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. You will have 7 days to update your payment method, if not you will be automatically waitlisted.
 
Cancellation Policy:
 
Accepted vendors may request a cancellation by September 30th, 2024, for a full refund of their Vendor fees. No self-cancellations will be honored after September 30th, 2024.
 
If you purchased the Cancellation Insurance through the application, you will be refunded all fees minus the cancellation insurance fee if the WFS Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather or hurricane and other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.

Prices

Application fees $25 Non-refundable Application fees will be charged immediately after you submit your application and are non-refundable. The Application fee and Booth fees are both refundable ONLY if Cancellation Insurance is purchased and a cancellation were to be made by Festival Staff. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant.
12'x12' Vendor Booth $200 Non-refundable All Vendor Booths are 12'x12'. All vendors must remain open for attendees from the start of the festival at 5pm 7/12 through the close at 9 pm 7/13. All vendor tents must be safely secured with no less than 25 lbs weights at each corner in case of heavy winds or inclement weather. Booth fees will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant.
Cancellation Insurance $40 Non-refundable Cancellation Insurance fees will be charged upon approval. Cancellation Insurance provides reimbursement for all fees minus; the Cancellation Insurance fee, and any transaction fees if the Blackberry Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather, hurricane, or other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant.
Water Hookup $20 Non-refundable Please click this if you need access to water hookup. The Water Hookup fee will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Fesitval and you the applicant.
Electrical Outlet 110v 20amp $25 Non-refundable Outlets are limited. 110v 20amp The electrical Outlet fee will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant.
