Calling all kids!!! ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™‚๏ธ The 2nd Friday Street Festival - K!DS FEST returns to Oak Street Mill on Friday, June 14 from 5-9pm featuring an ACTION-PACKED evening of fun for the entire family including: โœ… Ultra-Cool Inflatables ๐ŸŽช โœ… Petting Zoo ๐Ÿท๐Ÿฎ โœ… Ulti-Futbol soccer cage โšฝ๏ธ โœ… Games & Give-a-ways ๐ŸŽฏ โœ… Food Trucks & Sweet Treats ๐Ÿญ โœ… Kids Interactive Art Projects ๐ŸŽจ โœ… Local Vendors ๐ŸŽˆ โœ… & a MUST-SEE performance from Dave Scott Crowe's IMUSINATION! ๐ŸŽถ Oh, and of course we'll have some tasty local brews for the adults, too. ๐Ÿป It's going to be a BLAST so mark your calendars, call your neighbors, leash up your pups and we'll see you here in Old Town Cornelius for K!DS FEST 2024! ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽ‰

About the application

Artists and Craftsmen - offering unique and often hand-made products
  • $100 fee per 10' x 10' booth space
  • Artists and Craftsmen may opt to reserve up to (2) booth spaces
  • Artists and Craftsmen that operate from a mobile truck or trailer that does not fit in a 10' x 10' booth space will have an additional fee applied
The events committee will review each application based on the following criteria:
  1. Locality of Artist / Craftsmen to the Lake Norman / Greater Charlotte area
  2. Quality of Product or Service
  3. Relevance to Event-specific Theme (if applicable)
  4. Interactive Element for Event Attendees
    1. By providing an interactive element to your booth, you increase the chances of attracting event attendees while enhancing the overall guest experience.ย 
Acceptance response notifications will begin to be issued Feb 15 through the deadline May 24.ย

Terms & Conditions

ย 
  • Vendor spaces are 10โ€™x10โ€™ and exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own materials including tent, tables, chairs, etc.
  • A limited amount of tents, tables and folding chairs are available for rent. Vendors will be able to reserve these items during the final step of this application.ย 

  • There is an additional charge for electricity access which can added during the final step of this application.

  • We do NOT accept direct sales representatives (e.g. Mary Kay, Scentsy, LipSense, Paparazzi, etc.).

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to: events@bellacreativegroup.com.

Prices

Single booth $100 Non-refundable If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Electrical Access (OPTIONAL) $45 Non-refundable Vendors will need to provide their own extension cord at least 25 ft long. Restrictions may apply. If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Table (OPTIONAL) $10 Non-refundable 6 foot folding table available to rent for the event. If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Chair (OPTIONAL) $5 Non-refundable Folding chair available to rent for the event. If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Pop-Up Tent (OPTIONAL) $75 Non-refundable 10'x10' white tent available for rent (including tent weights). If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Trailer or Cart Space (OPTIONAL) $50 Non-refundable A trailer or cart which occupies more than a 10' x 10' booth space. If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
