About the application

Food and Beverage  - trucks, trailers, carts and tents 
 
Food Trucks/Trailers - Meals
  • $175 per space for truck or trailer (pick-up trucks will be required to unhitch from trailers)
Food Trucks/Trailers - Beverages and Desserts
  • $150 per space for truck or trailer (pick-up trucks will be required to unhitch from trailers)
    • Includes dessert vendors (i.e shaved ice, ice cream, baked goods, etc.) and beverages (i.e. coffee, lemonade, smoothies, etc.) 
Food Booths - food and beverage vendors that occupy only a 10' x 10' space and typically do not sell full meals
  • $125 per 10' x 10' booth space
NOTE: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for ALL food and beverage vendors 
 
Acceptance response notifications will begin to be issued Feb 15 through the deadline May 7.

  • Reservation deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to: events@bellacreativegroup.com

Food Truck / Trailer - Meals $175 Non-refundable If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Food Truck / Trailer - Beverages and Desserts $150 Non-refundable If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Food Booth (10' x 10') $125 Non-refundable If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
