About the event

Food Truck Tuesday is the 2nd Tuesday of the month from May - October , 6-9 pm, in Lilburn City Park. You can enjoy dinner and dessert from a variety of food trucks and listen to great music by a local band. Bring your blanket or lawn chair and enjoy a great evening with family and friends.

About the application

Trucks may apply for any and all dates.
  • Please list the dates you are available on your application.
  • You will receive an email confirming the date/dates you have been selected for.
  •  Each vendor will be charged the vendor fee 7 days prior to the event for each event date they have been selected for.
  • 2024 Food Truck Tuesday dates: May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, and October 8

Lilburn's Food Truck Tuesday is every 2nd Tuesday of the month May - October in Lilburn City Park
!
 Rules for food vendors
  • Application deadline is March 31, 2024
  • Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn.
  •  The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.
  • If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up, that truck and setup should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.
  • No-show trucks will be dropped from the rest of the schedule with no refund.
  • Vendors should arrive by 4 pm and be ready to sell by 5:30 pm. No sells after 9 pm.
  • Vendors who show up late will not be allowed in the event and will forfeit their vendor fee.
  • Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.
  • Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park.
  • All food trucks must have a fire extinguisher on board.
  • You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.
  • All events are outside rain or shine.

  • The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service. All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By checking the box on this application, applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.

Prices

Food Truck Savory / Hot $75 Non-refundable The $75.00 vendor fee is per Food Truck Tuesday date that you are accepted to be a vendor. The event is rain or shine. The vendor fee is nonrefundable unless the event has to be cancelled.
Dessert Cart $45 Non-refundable The $45.00 non refundable Vendor Fee is per Food Truck Tuesday date that you are accepted to participate in. The event is rain or shine. The vendor fee is non refundable unless the event is cancelled.
