About the application

Each year Harlem Pride hosts a large selection of businesses and community based organizations during our Harlem Pride Day Celebration.

Averaging over 20,000 people in attendance, our Harlem Pride Day Celebration Days, provide an opportunity to interact with a large segment of our Same Gender Loving, LGBTQ population, including visitors from the eastern seaboard to the west coast and beyond. 

NEW THIS YEAR is the Market Place.  This is an area where your uploaded photos will be shown in your own 'market area' which is also accessible via the Eventeny mobile app.  This way our attendees can decide early, which booths they'd like to visit.
 
NOTES: 
  1. Only use this registration if you are selling items.  If you are NOT selling items, use the Community Booth Space Registration.
  2. In order to sell items at your table, you will need a temporary vendors license. It costs $10.00. You can apply for the license online here:

  3. Booth Assignments will be provided on Saturday, June 15th.
 

Prices

Regular Rate - 10x10 Booth $350 Non-refundable Regular Rate - (March 1, 2024 to May 15, 2024) -A single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep and includes one (1) 6ft table and two (2) folding chairs. -It is recommended that you bring your own table cloth and a 10ft x 10ft canopy, as this area is very sunny. We DO NOT provide a canopy — just a space large enough for you to comfortably set up your own. *If you need additional space, you may purchase two (2) Booth Spaces and we'll place them next to each other.
