About the event

Juneteenth is the oldest, nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States of America. Two and a half years after the 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln, delivered the Emancipation Proclamation, where Black people were considered free and delivered from enslavement. With over 12 years of this anticipated commemoration. Our annual Juneteenth Family Fun Day Festival gathers 5,000+ attendees local to the NYC community to enjoy a vibrant day of rich culture through music, dance, poetry, skits, history, vendors, and family activities for single family homes, married with children, and extended family.

About the application

Join us as a vendor to showcase your products and sell your products directly from our platform. What do you get as a vendor: 1. A space that allows you to upload videos and pictures of your business 2. Able to create commercials for your business that we can share to promote your business 3. We help you with building brand connection 4. Open to different kinds of businesses including artist who have products to sell 5. This platform is able to connect directly with your FB, Twitter and IG for easy posting 6. Able to connect to others and get exposure to a wider community How do you Participate? 1. Be available at the time slot that you choose to present for your business 2. Have a quiet space in your home to showcase your products as you would at an in- person event. If you have children, find ways to incorporate them in your live 3. Complete your online application 4. Make your payment 5. Set up your platform 6. Share with family and friends

Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a vendor for none payment and lack of engagement. In order to hold successful events as we have learned in our over 11 years of event experience, we seek small businesses that will be engaged with our platform and open to sharing other businesses for added exposure.

Prices

1 Day of "Virtual" Vending $75 Non-refundable Allows you to have 1 day to be visible on the platform and to be promoted by our social media manager across networks. While fees are not refundable they are able to be applied to a future event within 12 months of the date of cancelation.
2 days of "Virtual" Vending $125 Non-refundable Allows you to have 2 days virtually to be visible on the platform and to be promoted by our social media manager across networks. While fees are not refundable they are able to be applied to a future event within 12 months of the date of cancelation.
3 days of "Virtual" vending $220 Non-refundable Allows you to have 3 days to be visible on the platform and to be promoted by our social media manager across networks. While fees are not refundable they are able to be applied to a future event within 12 months of the date of cancelation.
In person Vending Event (6.19.21) SOLD OUT Non-refundable Allows you to have an "In-person Vending Event space on Saturday, June 19, 2021" from 10am- 6pm and visible on the platform and to be promoted by our social media manager across networks. While fees are not refundable they are able to be applied to a future event within 12 months of the date of cancelation.
Virtual Vendor Presentation (6.19.21) $175 Non-refundable 15 minute presentation of your business (pre recorded) to be played on stage Virtual Vendor booth Social Media post, story and highlight Business logo on website for 1 year (20K views per year)
