All responses must be written in full sentences. If selected as a recipient of the grant, information provided in the following application may be edited and shared publicly by the Atlanta International Night Market.
In order to help support brand new entrepreneurs, applicants must be new to the Atlanta International Night Market. Previous participants will not be considered.

3) You will receive an approval or regrets email to the address provided in your application by (TBD).
4) You will be sent the 2024 Vendor Handbook and guidelines for vending, as well as load in information.
5) You MUST attend one vendor training orientation (schedule TBD). Sessions will be held live and via Zoom.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) INSURANCE: All vendors MUST have insurance - though you do not have to provide proof of insurance until after being accepted. If you do not carry insurance you can purchase a policy through our group rate of $50 or provide your own (link to be provided as needed). All provided COIs must have a minimum limit of $2 million aggregate, and ****list the following 2 additional insureds**** (you will need to request that your insurance provider issue a specific COI for our event, do not simply send us your insurance details):

2.) HEALTH & FOOD SAFETY: Each vendor MUST follow the Department of Health and Safety Guidelines for temporary food service. Failure to follow these guidelines will lead to forfeiture of participation in the Atlanta International Night Market, without refund.
3) BOOTH RENTAL: Vendors will provide their own tents and tables as well as lighting and any signage/decorations. Electricity is available but you must bring your own extension cords. Water source is available as well.
4) VENDOR TRAINING: Each vendor must attend ONE in-person or Zoom training to learn about and adhere to AINM's vendor expectations. Dates: TBD
5) APPROVAL PROCESS: Acceptance will be based on event experience, food items, and availability.
6) BOOTH PLACEMENT: BOOTH PLACEMENT IS DECIDED ON A FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE BASIS. Vendor preferences will be taken into consideration, but the final decision for placement is by the Event Planning Committee.
7) LOAD-IN: Detailed instructions for Load-In will be provided in the Vendor Handbook.
8) WEATHER: The event is rain-or-shine. It is the responsibility of each vendor to bring weather-proofing gear and supplies as needed, such as tarps. The event may shut down temporarily in the event of severe and dangerous weather conditions, such as hurricanes or tornados, etc, and will re-open when conditions are deemed safe again.
9) CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: There will be no refunds. Please ensure your availability and staff prior to committing.
10) LIABILITY: All vendors are required to sign and submit a Hold Harmless waiver (see below) for AINM.
