Join us for our first ever event expo in Mansfield: Venues, Vendors & Vibes. Bringing together all the best local event venues and vendors, this expo is perfect for professional event planners, brides-to-be, or anyone planning a party or special occasion. Entry is free! If you are a vendor or venue that would like to be a part of the event you can click here for the application. Applications are due by February 14 and will be reviewed and selected by our special events staff.

About the event

This exposition will be held on Saturday, February 24 at The LOT Downtown (110 S. Main St,) from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The goal of this new event is to bring together all the local businesses, organizations and artisans who provide event services of any kind.

Terms & Conditions

Rules, Terms, and Conditions: MUST READ AND INITIAL
1) BE ON TIME. Set up begins at 7a and you must be completely set up by 9:30a-you will not be allowed to enter after 9a. Break
down is at 2p-you will be expected to stay until the event concludes. All vendors must be cleared by 5p. _____
2) NO OUTSIDE SOLICITATION. Any vendors who have not paid to participate as a vendor will not be allowed to solicit during
the event. Any vendors seen soliciting or seen leaving business cards in “convenient locations” will be asked to leave
immediately. _____
3) MUST HAVE. Food vendors offering samples must comply with all health and safety regulations and obtain the necessary
permits in advance. Proper waste disposal must be observed, and vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness within
their booth areas_____
4) NO ALCOHOL. Due to city regulations we will not be allowing alcohol to be served-this does not apply to items such as boozy
cupcakes/popsicles, etc. _____
5) INSURANCE & LIABILITY. Vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance and provide proof of coverage to the
event organizers before the event date. The event organizers and venue will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury
to vendor property or personnel during the event.

10 x 10 Single booth- Aisle $100.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
10 x 10 Booth- Corner $150.00 Non-refundable We provide table and chairs for booth.
10x20 Double Booth- Aisle $200.00 Non-refundable
10 x 20 Double Booth Aisle & Corner $250.00 Non-refundable We will provide table and chairs for booth.
Electrical Outlet $10.00 Non-refundable You will be provided one electrical outlet per booth.
