About the event

The City of Thomaston is excited to announce the 3rd Annual Art & Soul Fest! The festival will begin at Lazy J Mercantile on Thursday April 18th. Activities will continue in Downtown Thomaston on Friday, April 19th and conclude at Greatest Generation Park on Saturday, April 20th! About the application

Terms & Conditions

  • No rain date or refund due to inclement weather.
  • Cancellations that occur after applicant is accepted will be non-refundable.
  • Registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
  • A map showing vendor locations will be distributed to the exhibitor.
  • Event Setup Times: Friday (2-4PM) Saturday (8-10AM) Spaces will be clearly marked.
  • Vendor agrees to have booth set up and ready for viewing by 4pm on Friday and 10 AM on Saturday
  • Cooking or preparing of food items are only allowed in the designated area
  • All display props including tables, chairs, tents, etc. for the booth will be provided by the exhibitor. Please bring tent weights or tie downs to protect against the wind
  • City of Thomaston reserves the right to reject or remove from the market any items considered unsuitable.
  • Access to Electricity is available for $15. We are unable to provide power for food trucks.
  • Before leaving your space you must clean up any trash, etc. Please do not leave any unsold items.
  • Vendor will also give a list of Items that will be sold.
  • Notification of booth assignments will be given one week in advance by email.

Prices

Food Truck Vendor Space $100 Non-refundable If you upload your City of Thomaston Vendor Permit, this fee will be half off.
Food Vendor Space $50 Non-refundable Your $50 Vendor Fee will cover (1) 10x10 Space.
Electrical Fee $15 Non-refundable Fee for booth electricity. Unable to provide power to food trucks.
