About the event

Started in 1988, The Autumn With Topsail Festival is held on the grounds of the Historical Society of Topsail Island and the Assembly Building which houses the Missiles & More Museum in Topsail Beach, NC. The festival features a highly selective Artists’ and Crafts Court with over 120 regional artists displaying and selling their work. Enjoy exciting live musical entertainment, a variety of amazing food with beer and wine, inflatables and crafts for children, and much more!

About the application

Important update!!....All our vendor spaces are filled at this time with over 15 on the wait list. Please consider applying to the 2025 festival. The application will be posted the first week of February.             Application Instructions IMPORTANT DATES:18 OCT 2024, FRIDAY-10:00 AM – 4:00 PM-check in and booth set-up. Strongly encouraged. 19 OCT 2024, SATURDAY-6:30-8:30 AM-check in and booth set-up. 19 OCT 2024, SATURDAY-9:00 AM-5:00 PM-booth open to public. 20 OCT 2024, SUNDAY-9:00 AM-4:00 PM-booth open to public. Please select your desired space size and complete payment  information at the end of the application. _You will be charged only at the time of acceptance._If you are not accepted, you will not be charge._Date of application will be considered at the time of space assignments._Art vendors will be limited to 120 participants and after the wait list reaches 20 applicants, no further applications will be taken.
