The charming and growing City of Cumming, Georgia is delighted to have Splash Festivals create the third annual Cumming Art Fest for the community. This charming new downtown district has all of the charm of a historic town, with the excitement and convenience of new. We look forward to seeing you September 21 & 22. Let the fun begin!

About the application

Cumming Art Fest celebrates its third year on September 21 & 22, 2024. You are invited to apply as an artist to this much anticipated spring event in Cumming, Georgia.  Load in is on Saturday.
• APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are candles, clay, clothing/wearables, culinary arts (not food vending), fiber, folk art, glass, jewelry, leather, living plants, metal, mixed media, musical instruments, paintings, pet products, photography, print making, sculpture, soaps-lotions-balms and wood. You'll be required to submit recent photos with this application, which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a booth photo will not be considered. Culinary artists will be required to submit a copy of their Department of Agriculture license.
.• GEORGIA GROWN MEMBERS:  Grown is an incredible partner with Splash Festivals, and we are truly grateful for their friendship and commitment to our events. The program has been so successful between our organizations that in our new agreement with them, they have issued a cap on the number of their members who can receive their very generous Georgia Grown stipend. In one of our spring shows, more than half of our accepted artists are Georgia Grown members! Priority must now be given to agricultural-related items.  Georgia Grown will still accept artists who recycle, repurpose or reuse products to “reinvent” their own creations, however we will be more limited on who we can approve. Georgia Grown is also working on a better way to screen new (and past) members, to make sure that exhibitors are a good fit for their programs and benefits (which are great)! When the artist jury meets, they will be subject to this cap. If you aren’t selected as a Georgia Grown member, please let us know in the comments section of this application if you would wish to convert to the regular rate for this event. Otherwise, you may be waitlisted. Remember to also upload proof of your current Georgia Grown membership, which will be your paid receipt. 
• All work must be hand made by the artists. Culinary artists are not expected to meet this requirement! No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed. All applications will be subject to jury approval. The first jury will meet June 16, 2024 . If any spaces remain, applications received after this date will be reviewed on July 16. You will be notified of acceptance within five days. Once approved, you'll be required to obtain liability insurance. Splash Festivals has an agreement with ACT Insurance for artists to receive $5 off their policy when signing up through this link: https://app.actinsurance.com/events/4598. You may use any insurance company of your choice.
•SPACE DETAILS: All booths are outdoor and approximately 10'D x 12'W. All spaces are on pavement. Corner booths are limited, so you will not be able to select one when they are sold out. You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, display and set-up materials. Booth placards (signs) will be provided. Tents with weights can be available for an additional fee without sides. 
•FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are $325 for a regular space and $400 for a corner location. Georgia Grown members will receive a $200 discount off of the regular price. Fees are nonrefundable. Booth fee payments will be charged to your credit card on file within five days of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%.

Application fees $25 Non-refundable Application fee includes jury fee.
10' x 10' booth space $325 Non-refundable For double or triple space, please select the correct quantity.Fee does not include any tent, tables or chairs.
10 x 10 Booth space for Georgia Grown member $125 Non-refundable If you are a Georgia Grown member, please select this option. Please note that if you need a second booth space, you'll also need to select a 10' x 10' Booth Space at the regular rate.
Corner upcharge $75 Non-refundable Select this if you would like to add a corner location to your regular booth fee. Quantities are limited.
Outlet $100 Non-refundable 20amp circuit.
Tent $225 10 x 10' tent with weights and without sides, set up and taken down.
