About the event

The North Central Washington Fair is 4 full days of fun! We have everything you love about a fair and MORE! We have an expected attendance of around 22K and have major events such as PRCA Rodeo, National Country Concert, Livestock Sale, Carnival, etc.

About the application

Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
We love to have a variety of food at our event with many long standing food vendors who have become family and room for new ones too! 
 
Please ensure you are specific about your size, electrical and water needs. The more detail about the menu the better. Food vendors who choose to operate out of tents must ensure a 4 wall tent that can close afer hours with the proper weight to ensure it is safe during windy weather.

Terms & Conditions

Insurance is required. 
We are a PEPSI Fair. All soda/water will need to be purchased by our provider and will be delivered to you at the event!

Prices

Deposit $200 Non-refundable This is a $200 deposit. We charge 20% for profits, and 18% for non pofits of profits. This $200 will be deduct for your total due at the end of the event. It is REQUIRED that you have a payment processing system that provides a report or z tape.
