About the application

Join us this year for our Annual Sugar Rush Arts Festival, a two-day event! Sugar Rush Arts Festival is an outdoor event located in Sugar Hill, GA, featuring arts and business vendors, visual and performing arts, food, music, history, and family fun! We have an estimated number of 20,000+ people in attendance over the two days and we'd love for you to come out and participate!

Terms & Conditions

Any vendor applied under the incorrect application will be withdrawn and asked to apply under the correct application.
A submitted application is an acknowledgement of the requirement of attendance for all days of the festival if approved as a vendor.
 
1. A submitted application does not imply acceptance. All applicants will be notified as to the status of their application upon arrival. 2. Only one vendor or business allowed per booth.3. Any vendor who misrepresents the content or intent of their booth will be asked to leave the event area, with NO Refund.4. Only products approved by the City of Sugar Hill will be allowed to be sold at the event.5. Vendors must provide all their own props and equipment; to include weights and tie-downs for securing tents. Trash containers, restroom facilities, and eating areas will be provided. GENERATORS ARE REQUIRED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE APPLICANT. 6. All booth spaces will be outdoors.7. Booth set-up must be completed and ready to sell by 9:30 am. The estimated event end time for vendors is 6:00 pm. 8. Vendors are responsible for the clean-up of their areas at the conclusion of the event. Booths must remain open and shall not be dismantled prior to the event's end. After the event, all merchandise must be packed, and the booth completely disassembled before vehicles will be allowed into the event area for loading and departure. 9. In case of inclement weather, the City of Sugar Hill will inform vendors if the event will be rescheduled, the event is RAIN or SHINE unless otherwise stated.10. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. 11. Images you submit may be used for the marketing of this event. 
 

Prices

10x20 Food Station $275 Non-refundable Must bring your own generator and all vending must be contained in the area provided.
Refundable Security Deposit $200 Non-refundable In the case where damages or trash are found, a deposit will be charged to the card on file.
Cleaning fee $100 Non-refundable
