ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
Refunds for cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, credit card fees will be deducted from refund.
No shows will not receive a refund and may hinder your approval to upcoming shows.
So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the category/type of art and craft to the show.
Approval will be based on the following criteria:
Past participation of an ArtSpark produced event.
Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
Please only submit close up pictures of your art for advertising purposes.
You also have the opportunity to sell your work by setting up your own online store through Eventeny. We have step by step instructions attached. Or you can access their website for instructions.
Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights.
Please keep your items within your booth space. No selling in the aisles or elsewhere on the campus.
No sales are permitted outside your space.
To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
Set up is Saturday afternoon between 2:30 PM - 3:45 PM.
Concert will start at 5:00 PM to 11:00 - 11:30 PM
PLEASE NOTE! Rain out date is the following Sunday!
Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 3:45 PM.
Please do not load out until after the concert is over and the majority of patrons have existed the venue!
No music allowed except approved by show management.
There are a limited number of electric connections on the grounds. Please notate on your application if you need electric. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Generators are allowed with prior approval.
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions and the Shelby County A & M Association, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
