Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
  
- All Vendors and booths will be pre-approved by the Market Manager. You will be notified.

- No spaces will be held without payment.

- All food & beverage vendors must be approved by the Tuolumne County Environmental Health Dept.
- Please check in with staff upon arrival for booth assignment.

- Sellers should arrive a minimum of one half hour prior to the opening of the market for set up. Sellers who do not arrive on time may be denied a booth space.

 

 

 

HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION

As a vendor participating in the Twain Harte Mountain Air Market, I agree to hold the Twain Harte Mountain Air Market Market Manager and the Twain Harte Community Services District, their agents, officers, employees and volunteers, harmless from same, defend and indemnify the same against, any and all claims, losses and damages for every cause, including but not limited to injury to person or property and related costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising directly or indirectly out of any act of omission of vendor, its agents, officers, employees, or volunteers, during the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. If indemnification becomes necessary, the THMAM Manager and the Twain Harte Community Services District shall have the absolute right to approve any and all counsel employed to defend these agents.
The signature of this application constitutes an agreement on your part to abide by the regulations and conditions stated.
