  • This application is for Artists, Makers, Vendors, *Bakers & Cottage Food Operation's 
  • All Vendors and booths will be pre-approved by the Market Manager. 
  • No spaces will be held without payment.
  • Please check in with staff upon arrival for booth assignment.

  • Sellers should arrive a minimum of one half hour prior to the opening of the market for set up. Sellers who do not arrive on time may be denied a booth space.
  • *All food and beverage vendors must obtain a TFF from Tuolumne County Environmental Health Dept.

Terms & Conditions

HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION

As a vendor participating in the Twain Harte Mountain Air Market, I agree to hold the Twain Harte Mountain Air Market Market Manager and the Twain Harte Community Services District, their agents, officers, employees and volunteers, harmless from same, defend and indemnify the same against, any and all claims, losses and damages for every cause, including but not limited to injury to person or property and related costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising directly or indirectly out of any act of omission of vendor, its agents, officers, employees, or volunteers, during the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. If indemnification becomes necessary, the THMAM Manager and the Twain Harte Community Services District shall have the absolute right to approve any and all counsel employed to defend these agents.
The signature of this application constitutes an agreement on your part to abide by the regulations and conditions stated.

Youth Artists & Makers space for 4'-6' table $15 Non-refundable An opportunity for our young Artists & Makers to participate in the Market. Ages 5-16. Pricing is for a single day. Booth space fee's should be submitted 1 week in advance, to secure your space. * All items must be created by the seller. * Table not included.
Community Services Group 4' or 6' table space $20 Non-refundable Opportunity for non-profit community groups to participate in the Market at a discounted rate. Pricing is for a single day. Booth space fee's should be submitted 1 week in advance if possible, to secure your space. * Table not included * You may pay via cash or Venmo at the market week to week, or you can pay here via credit card.
