About the application

Vendor Booth Applications for the 6th Annual Christmas Bazaar
Date: Saturday, December 7th, 2024 
RAIN DATE - Sunday, December 8th, 2024
(Even though all spaces are inside, the parking lot for shoppers becomes a very bad, muddy mess as we unexpectedly experienced last year.)
Vendor Setup Options:
  • Friday Preferred 9am to 3pm
  • Saturday 7am to 8:45am - Must be ready to sell by 8:45am for early shoppers
Power Access is not available. Silent Generators are allowed.
 
HANDMADE, Boutique, and Food Vendors ONLY Allowed
*No Consultants from Direct Sales or MLM Companies Allowed (ie. Color Street, Paparazzi, Mary Kay etc.)
*No Employees, Sales People or Representatives from Window Replacement or Gutter Protection Companies Allowed
 
Shopper Times: 9am to 4pm
You can not start tearing down until 4pm

Once you are approved, you will be charged your vendor fee that will be entered in with this application. Vendor Fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable.

Once application is approved, your card will be charged within 24-72 hours.
If you need to cancel your application for any reason, please contact Jessica Miller directly at 931-952-0207.
Vendor Fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable
All vendor Fees are used for Advertising and Marketing for the event after Venue Rental and Expenses.
There is a vendor agreement attached to the application. Please be sure to read through it's entirety. 

Prices

10x10 Inside $80 Non-refundable 10x10 Booth Space - Inside - Canopies are not allowed as they will not fit inside the barn.
Food or Boutique Truck or Trailer $80 Non-refundable If you are a Food Truck/Trailer or a Boutique Truck/Trailer, please select this option.
