RETURNING VENDOR - Single Space (15x5) - Homan School - INSIDE - Nov 9th & 10th, 2024 | $125 | Non-refundable | Space includes one 15’x5’ space only for each date. Larger spaces are available through extra booth rental. If the show is cancelled (no matter the reason), REFUNDS will be available for up to 50% of vendor's booth fee. Applications and items sold are subject to approval. No crafter/vendor may sell food or beverage items without the permission of the Recreation Director. Setup Dates & Times Friday, Nov 8th - 8pm-10pm Saturday, Nov 9th - 5am-8am LOCATION: HOMAN SCHOOL - 210 E Joliet St. Schererville Note: This booth fee is for those vendors who have participated in this SPECIFIC event in the past. |

- Please list ALL the items you sell. (Any items not listed are PROHIBITED from being sold)
- I understand that I'm responsible to bring any and all supplies for my booth.
- I undertand that if I have a special request they are NOT guaranteed but only a request.
- I understand that I'm required to bring a raffle item upon checking in and that I will not be given a booth number until raffle items has been given to Parks Staff.
- I understand that I'm required to attend ALL days of the event.
- I understand that if I have items that can be CONSUMED (Food) that I will provide a Certificate of Insurance
- I understand that setup time is from 8pm-10pm on Friday, Nov 8th and 5am-8am, Saturday, Nov 9th
- I understand the rules and agree to abide by them. I understand that failure to abide by these rules risk me forfeiting any monies paid on this event and any other future events.
- I understand and will abide by the THE BIG No Nos. If unable, then I will be removed from the current and future show(s) and all monies lost
- I know to park at Redar Park and if found parking onsite, I will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY and banned from current show, future show and all monies paid will be lost.
- I understand that Schererville Parks reserves the right to cancel the show due to insufficient registration or a situation where it's deemed unsafe for the event to occur
- Waiver & Release of All Claims I, the Vendor in this event/program, recognize and acknowledge that there may be certain risks of physical injury arising from my participation in this event, and I agree and assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which I may sustain as a result of participating in all activities connected with or associated with such event. I, the Vendor, in this event/program, agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I may have, of any kind whatsoever, against the above named entity and its agents, officers, servants, and employees as a result of participating in the event. I, the Vendor, assume the entire responsibility and liability for any and all losses, damages, and claims of any kind, including but not limited to those arising out of injury or damage to the Vendor’s unit, display, equipment and other property brought onto the Town’s premises for this event.
