About the event

Schererville Parks and Recreation's fireworks celebration has come again! Enjoy the day and night with family, friends, and loved ones. Live entertainment, Beer Garden, Food Trucks, Crafters & Vendors and more! This event is a town favorite, so the earlier the better 😉 Don't forget the chairs and blankets! Rain date = Wednesday, July 3rd

Terms & Conditions

Fee includes one space for one 10x10 tent only.
  • Electricity is NOT provided. Vendor placement is up to the discretion of the park department. Vendors must stay the duration of the event.
  • Fireworks start at approximately 9:30pm. 
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing all supplies and equipment necessary for their set up and operation.
  • Refunds will not be given unless the Park Department cancels the event in its entirety. Vendors are expected to operate during event hours.
  • Rain Date = Wednesday, July 3rd
Waiver & Release Of All ClaimsI, the participant in this event/program, recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree and assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which the participant (s) may sustain as a result of participating in all activities connected with or associated with such program.  I, the participant in this event/program, agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or the participants may have as a result of participating in the programs against the above named entity and its agents, officers, servants, and employees. I, the participant in this event/program agree to fully release and discharge the above named and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims for injuries, including death, damage or loss which I or any participants may have or which occur to me or the participants on account of participation in the above programs.  I, the participant in this event/program further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the above named entity and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages, and/or losses sustained by the participants and arising out of, connecting with, or in any way associated with the activities of the above programs. I have read and fully understand the above program details and I fully understand that “This is a release of all claims”. The Vendor understands that exclusivity on products for sale and location of set up is not guaranteed.  I agree that I have read and accepted the terms of this application

  • I understand the rules and agree to abide by them. I understand that failure to abide by these rules risk me forfeiting any monies paid on this event and any other future events.
  • I understand that if I use a tent that 25 lbs weights AND stakes are REQUIRED, PER LEG! I will be PROHIBITED from utilizing my tent if I do not have those.
  • I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the event through the Waiver & Release of all claims. I am applying to participate as a crafter/vendor. I will follow the rules and regulations and if I do not adhere to all regulations or if I misrepresent myself, or the item I am selling, I will be asked to leave with no refund.
  • i understand that there are NO REFUNDS or Transfers for this event.
